The company offers a wide range of property and garden maintenance and cleaning services. This could be everything from grass cutting to garden landscaping; cleaning windows to pressure washing patios and drives; painting and decorating to kitchen and bathroom refurbishments and almost everything in between.
The company is run by Michael Sidwell, who feels his business stands apart from the competition due to his commitment to keeping his prices as reasonable as possible. Michael explained: “We are very competitive with prices and carry out work to a high standard while getting the job done as quickly as possible. We offer flexibility for our customers as everyone has a different budget and I always try to accommodate for even the smallest budgets, such a offering special rates for OAPs.”
Michael founded Xternal works 18 months ago, and the business is off to a flying start. He is currently attempting to secure some new contracts that would see a massive boon for his developing company. He is also planning to undertake additional training and qualifications to allow him to diversify the type of work he can undertake.
When asked why he felt his business should be recognised at the Swale Business Awards, Michael replied: “Xternal works is a small local business that provides everything you need for your property maintenance in one place. We have sponsored 2 local football teams in the past 2 years as a way of giving something back to the community. I have worked tirelessly for the past 2 years building Xternal works and trying to get the name about in the local community.”
