Borden-based Fosters Accountants and Consultants Limited has entered the Swale Business Awards for the first time in 2019. With a team of five working in the business, Fosters offers accountancy, taxation and business advisory and support services including cloud bookkeeping and payroll.
Stacey Foster is the Managing Director, and she took some time to explain whom her business could help: “We work with a wide range of businesses and individuals, be it one-man-bands or businesses with £1m turnover. Stacey has big plans for her developing business, especially now she has two fully qualified Chartered Accountants. She wants to keep the business on its current upwards trajectory and employ more staff, especially continuing the trend of hiring working parents and offering them flexitime roles that allow them to work around childcare responsibilities.
Stacey added: “The business has an excellent reputation, we deliver on our promises, have excellent communication with our clients, offer fixed monthly fees and no surprise invoices. We have a very high retention rate and 90% of our new clients come from recommendations and referrals.”
