In a society where there is an ever-increasing focus on maintaining a healthier lifestyle, two Swale residents have turned helping people to lose weight into a successful business. Amy and Steve 121 Cambridge Consultants assist clients to change their lifestyles to become healthier versions of themselves.
Amy Collins is a part-time senior nurse at Great Ormond Street and is one half of the partnership. She explained how her business helped people: “We provide advice on weight loss as well as providing them with calorie specific food supplements that really work. We work closely with our clients, supporting them on social media and setting realistic goals. I genuinely believe that the Cambridge plan is superior to any other weight loss product on the market, and it outperforms any rival product.”
Amy feels that part of her success is down to the fact that people know she has done the work herself, and that this bond she builds with her clients is one of the reasons her business should be recognised at the Swale Business Awards: “Our business has rocketed from the start. We are really driven to make this a success and have a passion to help people lose weight. I think a lot of clients relate to my personal journey and I relate to theirs.”
