For two years now, Erika Juodelaite has been developing her business, Beauty Poetry, which provides eyelash extensions to women of all ages, and beauty treatments such as facials to both men and women. Originally a home business, Erika relocated to a store on Sittingbourne high street, when it became clear that the demands of her business were growing.
Erika entered the 2018 awards after being nominated by a customer, who said: I am a long and loyal customer to Erika I think she is fantastic at what she does. I have seen her business grow from strength-to-strength and think it is very inspiring. Erika has entered lots of competitions for her work and is always striving to be the best in the business. Not only is she fantastic at what she does, but she is also one of the most nicest ladies I have met and always willing to go out of her way to put a smile on every customer’s face. I believe Erika at Beauty Poetry should be recognised for her amazing customer service and commitment business.”
Clearly Erika’s service is resonating with her customers and that is one of the reasons her business is flourishing. She has taken on other therapists to help with growing demand and continues to develop her own skill-set by attended conferences and training so she can offer her customers a variety of other treatments.
Erika discussed her entry into the 2018 awards: “Beauty Poetry is very young but already strong beauty business. My business started in house salon and in just two years moved into a high street salon. The business has been just myself (a mother of two) but I’m sure with extra hands Beauty Poetry can be one of the best eyelash and beauty salons in Swale. I’m so happy that someone nominated us for this award, as that means clients believe in what we do and in a way that is an award itself.”
