Established in March 2016, The Skin Clinic Faversham provides customers with a range of skin services including wrinkle relaxing injections, Dermal Fillers, Chemical Peels and Laser Liposuction. Headed up by Samantha Grant and Karen Garcia, the three-person strong team has developed their businesses via a network of established clients throughout the whole of Kent.
Samantha Grant discussed the challenges of relocating the business to Faversham: “Obviously establishing our ongoing business in a new area has been challenging but we have tackled this head on by using a variety of online media to get in front of new customers, as well as being lucky enough to have been supported by a network of customers whom have helped build our business through word of mouth.”
The Skin Clinic Faversham describe themselves as “a nurse-led practice specialising in all aspects of aesthetic and non-surgical procedures”. And it is the “nurse-led” part that is really important to customers, as between Samantha and Karen they have over 25 years of experience as Registered General Nurses – meaning patients really are in safe hands with them.
Samantha and Karen spoke about their growing client base and what The Skin Clinic Faversham offered to customers: “Five years ago we started our own clinic and grew customer base to over 3,000 clients across Kent, Essex and London. We regularly attend training events and conferences with leading aesthetics experts to stay up to date. We have been nurses for over 15 years and because of this we can offer new clients free consultations and allocate time to ensure the client is fully informed of what is involved in the treatments and has time to ask questions and feels confident in the proposed treatment plan.”
